At HY Shopping, we strive to provide high-quality Korean groceries and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns – Non-Perishable Items

  • You may return unopened and unused non-perishable items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

No Returns – Perishable Goods

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on perishable items, including:
    • Fresh food
    • Frozen items
    • Refrigerated products
  • Please check your order carefully upon delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping fees, if the issue is confirmed.
