Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
HY Shopping is not responsible for delays or lost items once dispatched to a third-party courier.

Returns & Refunds

Perishable food items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
